Once unknown band Sons of Maxwell have been thrust into the international limelight after writing a song about their bad United Airlines experiences.
The guitar that was destroyed on the United Airlines flight was a Taylor Guitar, so Taylor Guitars responded with a clip offering their services, and leveraging on the awareness.
And United Airlines employee Ms Irlweg responded in a less than favourable manner for United Airlines.
All of this occurred in front of thousands and thousands of people across the globe.
